Returns

All goods are made bespoke, once the order has been confirmed it is not possible to make changes.  

All goods must be checked at the time of delivery / collection.  

For any disputes, you must email disputes@glazebase.com, along with details and a photo of the problem.  We will respond to that dispute within 48 hours.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.
