DELIVERY AND ORDERING INFORMATION
The estimated delivery date is shown in the delivery tag next to the product.
After placing your order, it will be checked over by one of our order processing team, who will answer any queries listed by you in the notes section. Please note that delays in responding to any queries will delay lead times. Shortly thereafter, we will email you with a firm delivery date and time.
Once any queries have been resolved the order is forwarded to the most appropriate supplier.
Should you require a specific delivery date, then please specify this in the notes section when placing your order.
If our delivery company attempts to deliver an order to an agreed address and finds there is no one available to receive it, we reserve the right to take a photograph of the outside of the property to assure you we attempted delivery to the correct address. We can assure you that this photograph will not be published or circulated, or used for any other purpose other than verification, and it will be held securely in compliance with Data Protection legislation.
Delivery charges are shown in the checkout. For our Direct to Supplier products, delivery charges are stated against each product and may vary according to the delivery value.
Despatch
48 hours prior to dispatch you will receive an email confirming the delivery date and or a timeframe for delivery.
Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
